Blake Morgan Group is a group of law businesses that deliver legal services through separately constituted legal entities authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The Group is made up of Blake Morgan Group LLP, Blake Morgan LLP and Blake Lapthorn.

Blake Morgan Group LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales and the holding LLP for the Blake Morgan group of legal service businesses. Its registered number is OC392099 and SRA number 613716. It has its registered office at New Kings Court, Tollgate, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3LG. A full list of members is available at all offices. The term Partner is used to refer to a member of Blake Morgan Group LLP. There is no relationship of partnership within the meaning of the Partnership Act 1890 between all or any of the individuals so designated in Blake Morgan Group LLP.

It has its registered office at New Kings Court, Tollgate, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3LG. A full list of members is available at all offices. The term Partner is used to refer to a member of Blake Morgan LLP.  There is no relationship of partnership within the meaning of the Partnership Act 1890 between all or any of the individuals so designated in Blake Morgan LLP.

Blake Lapthorn is a partnership, a member of the Blake Morgan Group and a wholly owned subsidiary undertaking of Blake Morgan LLP.  Its principal place of business is at New Kings Court, Tollgate, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3LG. BL Claims Solicitors is a trading name of Blake Lapthorn. Blake Lapthorn is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA Number 448793.
