At Blake Morgan, we are committed to making a difference in everything we do. This commitment goes beyond our day-to-day client work.

We believe business and community are inextricably linked and we aim to play an active role locally and regionally, focusing our energy, enthusiasm and funding in the areas where we can have most impact.

Corporate responsibility at Blake Morgan is an integral part of our business philosophy to make a difference for our clients, our people and our communities. Our efforts continue to evolve and to be a great source of achievement for our people, at all levels. Many of our partners have non-exec or secondary roles within the community, such as coroners, undersheriffs, and chairs of committees and boards where they can help to promote change on a regional level, helping businesses and economies to grow and thrive.

Our people are keen to give something back to the local communities where they work and live. Every year, they are involved in a host of fundraising, volunteering and mentoring initiatives, which benefit hundreds of charities, organisations and individuals. Our firm is proud of their efforts and keen to support them in every way we can, including matching funds raised by teams and individuals.

Our efforts continue to evolve; we are currently looking at how volunteer groups can help with small community projects, where a concentrated effort can really make a difference to speed up results.

Our promise

In 2017 - we will:

  • Support our people in their business and locally community ventures, from charity trustees and school governors, through to non-executive roles with local enterprise partnerships
  • Provide work experience opportunities for less-privileged young people to open doors to the business world
  • Play our part in looking after our environment by reviewing and improving the impact we have on climate change
  • Support our chosen local office charities through fundraising and volunteering initiatives
  • Make a difference for the many personal causes close to our hearts through fundraising as teams and individuals

Blake Morgan's South Coast office are proud to support the Minstead Trust.

Minstead Trust provides training and support to people with learning disabilities so that they may achieve greater independence and lead fulfilled lives. They see the potential in everyone and their aim, through providing work skills, life skills and better health and well being, to build on that potential to support greater independence.
