Meet the team

As well as the graduate recruitment team and Trainee Regional Partners, you will have a seat supervisor within each seat who will be on hand to ensure you are receiving an interesting and challenging balance of work. Your seat supervisor will be an integral part of your support network and present for both your mid and end of seat review meeting. They will need to sign off your seat experience and verify your progress towards the SRA's skills standards.

On your first day you will also be assigned a personal mentor who will be with you until the end of your first day as a newly qualified solicitor. They will support you with your professional development and career aspirations. During your training contract you will attend various training sessions and events both internally and externally, giving you the opportunity to build up a support network of your peers.

Once you've accepted your offer of a training contact with us you will be invited to a Getting to Know You event where you will meet your buddy from the earlier trainee cohort. They will keep you updated on firm news and invite you out for social events to meet your soon to be colleagues before you even start with us!
