Blake Morgan’s Legal Agency Service, London, provides a professional, efficient and reliable agency service, covering all areas of litigation, assisting at all stages of the court process.
We regularly take instructions on issuing and filing documents in all the courts in the Greater London area, to include the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the High Court, all the County Counts and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
If required we also assist with preparing court documents and bundles and can advise on court fees and the various court procedures. We are also registered agents on the HMCTS CE-File System which is mandatory for all court cases in the High Court Business and Property Courts in the Rolls Building, London. This includes Chancery Appeals, the Financial List, the Insolvency & Company List, the Property Trusts and Probate List, the Admiralty & Commercial Courts and the Technology and Construction Court. We are suitably placed to assist with the various courts’ processes which sometimes involves attending the Rolls Building to follow up on urgent matters.
We can also attend court appointments on your behalf including short hearings and appointments before Masters, Registrars, District and Circuit Judges in Chambers and the Clerk of the Lists. Where necessary we follow up with the court to obtain any subsequent sealed orders. In addition, we can arrange personal service in London on your behalf and will provide a statement of service if required. We are also very close to a vast number of Chambers and can arrange for collection and delivery of documents to counsel.
