Blake Morgan's HR Forum 28 June

Posted by William Downing on
We invite you to the third HR Forum of our spring series of lunchtime HR Forums. Our seminars allow for networking with fellow HR professionals over lunch followed by a presentation with the opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts and views on developing areas and best practice.

In the light of the recent high profile cases of sexual harassment and the new guidance from the TUC, ACAS and the Equality and Human Rights Commission on sexual harassment, the focus of our third Forum will be on identifying and managing complaints of harassment and bullying in the workplace. In particular we will consider:

  • How employers can demonstrate that they have taken reasonably practical steps to prevent harassment / bullying;
  • Common problems that arise in cases of alleged harassment / bullying and possible ways of dealing with them;
  • The risks (legal, commercial and reputational) that arise from failing to take proactive steps to address harassment and bullying.

To register for our Forum on 28 June, please click on the Register Now button.

We look forward to seeing you.
