CBI MSB Club: Innovation and R&D collaboration

Posted on
Are you or your clients involved in innovation, research and development? If so, we would like invite you to attend the CBI’s MSB Club in partnership with Blake Morgan.

As a percentage of GDP, the UK falls short of its major competitors on R&D investment. The CBI's aim is to help engender an ecosystem of innovation between businesses, academic institutions and government. As such the CBI is running a campaign aimed at bridging this gap and informing policy makers to help increase private and public investment in R&D from 1.7% to 3% of GDP.

This session will be an excellent opportunity to join a range of cross-sector business leaders to discuss the key issues around innovation and R&D and hear stories of success under Chatham House rules.

Co-chaired by Felicity Burch, CBI Head of Innovation and Alison Patten-Hall, Blake Morgan Commercial Partner, you will not only receive an insight into the latest policy developments, but also practical legal advice on issues arising in collaboration and R&D agreements including IP ownership and commercialisation.

Places at this event are limited so to register please email Danielle.Parker@blakemorgan.co.uk. Due to demand we are only able to accept one registration per organisation.

We do hope you can attend and look forward to seeing you there.
