Come and join us at our Employment Club Seminar in Cardiff on 5 March.
There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion about recent developments and time for questions with your HR colleagues and members of our Employment team and we hope you can join us.
- Uncertainty about Brexit continues and 29 March isn't too far away now. Managing organisational change, staff communications, workplace relations and a possible skills shortage are just some of the issues that employers may face in the months ahead. While recognising the level of uncertainty that remains, we will do our best to consider the implications of Brexit in the context of the employment relationship and what it means for both staff and employers.
- Carrying out a fair disciplinary procedure is essential for avoiding unfair dismissal claims and although the principles are well-established, many employers are still getting it wrong. In our case study we will look at recent case law developments relating to investigations, postponing disciplinary hearings, and other tricky areas so that mistakes can be avoided and disciplinary proceedings managed effectively.
- In our first employment law review of the year we will update you on some imminent legal changes and recent case law decisions.

The cost of attendance is £30 + VAT per delegate. Breakfast will be provided and the session will start 30 minutes after the time shown.
Please note, as numbers are limited at these events, if you do book a place on the seminar and subsequently are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place provided you let us know in advance, but if you are unable to, you will be charged the full booking fee of £30 + VAT.
