We would like to invite you to our next Public Sector Network seminar at our Cardiff office on Wednesday 17 January 2018, specifically for those in the public and third sector.

The seminar will address the topics from the different perspectives of those involved. The speakers will be our Senior Associate Barrister, Tom Walker, who regularly prosecutes and defends criminal cases involving fatalities. Tom will be joined by Claire Rawle, Partner, who regularly represents organisations in both criminal and inquest proceedings. Tom and Claire will also be joined by Eve Piffaretti and other guest speakers, including Barrister Emma Sutton of No5 Chambers, who regularly acts on behalf of families in Inquests.

Among the topics covered will be:

  • Corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter – a review 10 years on
