Blake Morgan completes Stock Exchange listing
Law firm Blake Morgan has completed the stock exchange listing of General Industries Plc.
General Industries Plc has been admitted to the Official List by way of a Standard Listing and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with an admission of 10,300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each.
Advised by law firm Blake Morgan, the Directors are currently investigating a number of opportunities to acquire a business which requires further funding for expansion in conjunction with a public quotation for its shares on terms which should prove beneficial to existing shareholders, management, employees and shareholders of the business being acquired.
Robert Cherry, a Partner with Blake Morgan comments: “We were delighted once again to assist the founders of General Industries to achieve a standard listing on the Official List. The founders have an excellent track record in this area, having previously successfully brought no less than five investment companies to market (on AIM, ISDX and now, via the standard listing procedure, on the London Stock Exchange’s main market), each followed by successful reverse takeovers and we have been proud to advise on all of these transactions. We look forward to assisting General Industries plc as it looks to implement its own reverse takeover in due course.”
Richard Wollenberg, Chairman of General Industries plc adds: “As with previous flotations and reverse takeovers on which I have instructed them, Blake Morgan provided excellent advice and support throughout the listing process, preparing all documentation, including the prospectus, to a high standard, on time and to budget.”
