Outline planning consent granted for Swansea city centre regeneration

In April, Blake Morgan advised the City and County of Swansea in relation to the submission of if its application to regenerate the city centre.

Outline planning consent has now been granted by the Council which will hopefully see the £500m scheme transform over 11 hectares of the city centre.

The proposed mixed use development includes: a new indoor arena, boutique cinema, hotel, new restaurants and shopping units, additional facilities for Swansea University, residential apartments and a bridge over Oystermouth Road linking both parts of the development.

Blake Morgan is proud to be facilitating the most ambitious move to revitalise Swansea City Centre in its history.
