Blake Lapthorn is delighted to be appointed to several lots on the Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC) National Framework Agreement for the provision of Legal Services to Higher and Further Education Sectors in England and Wales.

Blake Lapthorn is one of just a handful of law firms appointed to the Charity Lot in the central and eastern England region and the People Matters and Charity Lots in the south west England and south Wales region, following an extensive tender process.

The Framework Agreement has been created collaboratively by the Higher and Further Education sectors in Scotland, England and Wales to ensure provision of sector specific expertise and value for money in the procurement of their legal services.

Sheilah Mackie, a partner at Blake Lapthorn, said: "The appointments reflect our long standing commitment to the education sector and the quality of our work. We look forward to working closely with universities and colleges that can access the Framework Agreement on their legal requirements.”
