Bruce has a wide and varied experience in public policy in health and beyond, public procurement projects and transactions, and major private procurements. He has over 20 years of experience in health advisory, reorganisation, service innovation and change, commissioner and provider development as well as system management policy and implementation and competition regulation at central and regional level as well as in individual transactions. He also has whole NHS wide experience of developing and implementing system wide changes in community and primary care.

Alison Patten-Hall

Alison has been involved in several significant health projects, working with various NHS Trusts on pharmacy outsourcing and IT procurement projects and service redesign to drive efficiencies and quality.

Gayle Curry

Gayle has over 23 years’ experience of working with Health and Care clients and was a non-executive director on an NHS board for three years. She assists public and private sector health and care businesses, NHS trusts and large corporates with their full range of commercial legal requirements. Gayle’s currently working on new models of care, service redesign contracts, alliance contracts and joint ventures.

Mary Chant

She also advises GPs and other primary care providers on arrangements between GP practices, arrangements between GP practices and others, contracts with CCGs and the NHS England, and eligibility to operate primary care contracts.

Rajiv Joshi

Rajiv's work includes unfair dismissal, discrimination, jurisdictional matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. He has advised widely on workforce change in the NHS and TUPE in the healthcare sector. He also drafts and advises on directors’ service agreements, employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements
