She specialises in the structural arrangements for buying and selling agri-businesses, as well as dealing with the property and corporate aspects which arise in the context of farm diversification, renewable energy projects and other agri-businesses.

  • She has acted for a lender in taking a charge on agricultural land owned by a limited company and occupied by a farming partnership.
