Main areas of practice
Claire works with a number of local authorities to assist with the collection of debts using a fully funded bankruptcy service or by placing charging orders over the property to recover council tax arrears, national non-domestic rates and over-paid benefit.
She assists with corporate insolvencies and has been instructed to appoint administrators by qualifying floating charge holders.
Claire acts on behalf of Trustees in Bankruptcy to realise assets and obtain Possession and Sale Orders, Income Payment Orders, and provide advice on antecedent transactions.
