Lisa heads up the immigration team.

Lisa undertakes and has considerable experience of all types of private and business immigration work including tier 1 ( Entrepreneur), tier 1 ( Investor), tier 2 and tier 4 applications, together with associated dependent applications. She also deals with EEA and British citizenship applications.

Lisa has advised many companies on sponsor licence applications and compliance issues, undertaken audits and provided right to work advice. 

She can also advise on  Immigration Appeals and Judicial Reviews.

Lisa advises UK companies of all sizes who employ non EU citizens, individual entrepreneurs and high net worth  individuals looking to invest in the UK. I advise senior employees who are non EU citizens looking to transfer to the UK.

She also advises educational institutions and international students looking to study in the UK.

Significant experience

  • Advised 4 High net worth Brazilian citizens who were seeking to invest and reside in the UK, together with their families.
  • Advised an international Bank with offices around the world in relation to the transfer of senior executives to the UK office, an application for a Home Office sponsor licence and compliance issues relating to the licence.
  • Advised a member of a Middle Eastern royal family in relation to a Tier 1 ( Entrepreneur) application.
  • Advised numerous EEA Nationals residing in the UK in relation to residence card and permanent residence card applications.

Other expertise

Lisa was also a commercial litigator for 15 years.
