Martin is experienced in non-contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters.
He forms part of the teams advising, amongst others, Costa Coffee and a major food storage and distribution client on their acquisition programme and other landlord and tenant matters.
Franchising: Advised on the general and bespoke property issues arising for franchisees while acting pursuant to the failed networks of Threshers and Coffee Republic. Martin has advised on the acquisition of proprietary rights for both franchisors and franchisees, as well as exit strategies for franchisees looking to become independent.
