Matthew’s particular focus is advising retail occupiers on their property requirements. His expertise within this sector encompasses acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, re-gears together with all types of day-to-day portfolio management matters. Matthew also has experience in the sale and acquisition of petrol filling stations.
