Simon is a Solicitor in the Construction and Engineering team at our Southampton office.
Main areas of practice
Simon advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has experience of Construction and Engineering disputes which have been resolved through adjudication, litigation and mediation.
In non-contentious work, Simon has experience advising on NEC3 and JCT contracts, as well as their sub-contracts and warranties.
