Amy is a Senior Solicitor in the Family Law team, based in London.

Main areas of practice

Amy advises clients on resolving issues surrounding the breakdown of their relationship. This ranges from divorce and financial arrangements to private children matters. Amy also has experience of advising clients in relation to both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Amy has experience in dealing with matters through Court proceedings where required and assists clients in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution including negotiations and advising clients attending mediation.

Amy advises a wide range of clients ranging from low to high net worth individuals.

Career

Amy trained with Blake Morgan completing seats in Residential Property, Family, Commercial Real Estate and a secondment to the Illegal Practice team at the General Dental Council.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Amy moved to Hong Kong where she worked as a litigation paralegal for offshore litigation firm Harney Westwood and Riegels.

Amy qualified with a BA(Hons) degree from the University of Leeds in Philosophy and Sociology. Amy then went on to complete her GDL and obtained a distinction for her LPC.
