Charlotte is a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Team in Southampton. The majority of her work is focused on general commercial disputes, including insolvency and business restructuring.
Main areas of practice
Charlotte conducts and assists on a range of contractual and commercial disputes, including shareholder agreements, breaches of directors’ duties and commercial contract claims. She has experience in utilising a range of alternative dispute resolution methods which are often more cost effective than proceeding to court.
She advises a wide range of clients, including individuals, owner-managed business, national corporations and in-house lawyers.
Charlotte studied at the University of York before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Charlotte previously worked in Risk & Compliance at Mills & Reeve LLP so understanding the importance of combining a risk bases and commercial approach. She then went on to complete her training contract at Moore Blatch LLP before joining Blake Morgan in September 2019.
