Chloe is a Paralegal in the Regulatory Group, based in our Southampton office.

Main areas of practice

Chloe assists in investigating potential misconduct on behalf of professional regulatory bodies in the healthcare sector. Chloe assists primarily by, collecting and collating documentary evidence, interviewing witnesses, preparing witness statements and assuring we have enough information to prepare a final report.

Career

Chloe has over 10 years’ experience within law and has worked at various sized law firms both regional and international. Prior to joining the regulatory team, Chloe specialised in Clinical Negligence for nine years, working both for the Patient and the Hospital Trusts (Claimant and Defendant). This has therefore provided her with a solid knowledge of the healthcare system.
