Claire is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team. Claire advises on a broad spectrum of property based disputes, including all aspects of commercial and residential property and landlord and tenant law.
Main areas of practice
Claire has experience of a broad range of real estate disputes both in court and at tribunal. She advises on commercial landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, breach of covenant and well as real property matters such as boundary disputes and adverse possession.
Claire has extensive experience of advising business clients and private individuals.
- Advising on a long standing dispute concerning adverse possession and rectification of a boundary
- Successfully resolving a long running dispute concerning the terms of a renewal lease
- Advising and representing a landlord to trial on his application for the termination of a tenancy of a boatyard
- Advising a residential leaseholder facing a significant claim for property damage.
Claire has also advised in a high profile dispute concerning breach of a development agreement.
