Claire is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team. Claire advises on a broad spectrum of property based disputes, including all aspects of commercial and residential property and landlord and tenant law.

Main areas of practice

Claire has experience of a broad range of real estate disputes both in court and at tribunal. She advises on commercial landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, breach of covenant and well as real property matters such as boundary disputes and adverse possession.

Career

Claire Graduated from the University of Exeter in 2003 and shortly thereafter took the GDL and LPC at the College of Law, Guildford. She trained at Field Seymour Parkes LLP and worked in the Dispute Resolution team there until February 2014 when she left to join Blake Morgan.
