Eleanor Armstrong is a well-regarded practitioner who attracts praise for her "very careful and meticulous file preparation" and "excellent guidance." Her recent work includes advising on skiing accidents and RTAs leading to orthopaedic injuries.

Eleanor is a senior associate in our Travel insurance team. She has a degree in translating and interpreting (German/Spanish) and is also fluent in French.

Eleanor presently handles all aspects of travel litigation. She has particular experience in handling multi-jurisdictional skiing claims.

Eleanor is dual-qualified, offering clients the ability to practise in Ireland as well as in England and Wales. She is lauded for her timely assistance on travel-related matters. Her clients include both claimant individuals and insurers.

Significant experience

Eleanor has significant experience in acting on behalf of claimant individuals in claims arising from accidents abroad. She is also experienced in handling the travel litigation of some of our key travel insurers clients.

Eleanor joined the firm as a trainee in 2004, after three years as an assistant in the international legal team at Alcatel CIT in France. She qualified in September 2006.
