Elizabeth is a Senior Solicitor in our Built Environment team, specialising in development.
Main areas of practice
Elizabeth advises on a variety of issues including acquisitions, disposals, conditional contracts, option agreements, development agreements and infrastructure matters. Elizabeth brings the benefit of experience on high-value deals, and specialises in the negotiation and completion of option agreements, promotion agreements and conditional contracts.
Elizabeth’s clients include landowners, national and regional house builders and housing associations.
Elizabeth graduated with first class honours in Law from Bangor University in 2011, and studied the LPC at the College of Law in Chester.
She trained at Moore Blatch LLP, qualifying into Land Development and Commercial Property in March 2015.
Elizabeth joined Blake Morgan LLP in September 2016.
Prior to attaining her law degree, Elizabeth attained a degree in Theology.
