Main areas of practice
Harriet specialises in all areas of insolvency, including both contentious and non-contentious matters, dealing with a wide range of insolvency work from debt recovery claims, to director disputes, as well as transactional and advisory work, primarily for insolvency practitioners and corporate clients.
Harriet works for insolvency practitioners, banks, lenders and creditors to maximise recoveries, as well as directors and companies in distressed situations.
Harriet attended the University of Liverpool where she obtained her History and Politics BA(Hons) degree before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. Harriet then went on to complete her training contract at a City of London firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2017.
