Jannicke is a Senior Solicitor working within the Thames Valley Real Estate team and is based in our Reading office.
Main areas of practice
Jannicke specialises in all aspects of commercial property work including freehold acquisitions and disposals, non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, development and secured lending. Jannicke also has experience of complex first registrations, including claims of adverse possession.
Jannicke acts for a broad range of clients, including limited liability companies, PLCs, partnerships, landed estates, private landowners, charities, developers and high street lenders.
Jannicke qualified as a solicitor in 2013. She graduated with first class honours in Law with Criminology and Criminal Justice before completing her legal studies at the College of Law in Guildford. Prior to joining Blake Morgan LLP in January 2018, she worked at another law firm in Reading.
- Acquisitions and Disposals: Assisting clients with the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold commercial property for investment and/or development purposes.
- Landlord and Tenant: Dealing with the full range of transactions, including advising on the granting and taking of commercial leases and drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documentation and assisting with the preparation and service of non-contentious statutory notices.
- Secured Lending: Providing advice to banks in connection with lending secured against commercial and residential property.
First Registration: Dealing with applications for first registration on the basis of adverse possession or lost title deed.
Corporate Support: Acting alongside the Banking and Corporate teams dealing with all aspects of property due diligence in transactions.
