Jessica Brown

Jessica is a Solicitor in the Professional Regulatory team based in the Reading office.

Main areas of practice

Jessica specialises in conducting fitness to practice investigations on behalf of healthcare regulatory bodies including the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health and Care Professions Council and the General Pharmaceutical Council. Jessica is also involved in advising accountants in respect of investigations undertaken by regulators such as the ICEW and the ACCA.

Career

Jessica graduated in 2016 with a degree in philosophy and then gained a Masters in Bioethics and Society from King’s College London in 2017. Jessica then completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course (LLM) at City University in 2019.

Jessica began her career with Blake Morgan in September 2020 as a paralegal in the regulatory team before starting her training contract with Blake Morgan in September 2021. She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023.
