Joanna is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Clinical Negligence team. Having joined the team in 2014, Joanna has conducted lower value claims in her own right and assists others with high value claims and a wide range of other clinical negligence claims. Joanna translates for and assists with Polish speaking clients.

She specialises in quantum and prepares Schedules of Losses in all types of claims including brain injury, birth injury and other high value claims.

Main practice

Joanna is a native Polish speaker and also speaks English fluently. She is, therefore, able and very keen to assist with translating the complexities of the law where necessary. Joanna prepares and assists with the preparation of complex and high-value Schedules of Loss and has her own caseload.

Clients

Joanna has assisted with a large number of claims, not only in relation to clinical negligence but also on occasion in relation to general personal injury claims.

Career

Joanna came to the UK in 2006, having completed her education in Poland. Joanna obtained a masters degree in law from University of Rzeszow in 2005. Joanna joined BL Claims Solicitors (now Blake Morgan Injury Group) in 2010 as an administration assistant before being promoted to the role of paralegal in the clinical negligence team in 2014. Subsequently Joanna commenced studies via Cilex Law School to build her career in legal sector.
