Jordan is a Solicitor in our Property Litigation team based in London our office.
Main areas of practice
Jordan works on a variety of property litigation matters concerning residential and commercial property.
Jordan’s commercial property work includes business lease tenancy renewals, break notices and the service of Schedules of Dilapidations. He also advises on forfeiture and the recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
Jordan is regularly instructed by clients on:
- Possession proceedings against tenants for rent arrears and/or breach of other terms of tenancy agreements, common law tenancies and leases;
- Trespass proceedings against persons known and unknown including interim possession orders; and
- Problems concerning adverse possession and rights of way/easements.
Jordan’s clients include private and commercial landlords, high net worth individuals, limited companies, housing associations and developers.
Jordan graduated from university in 2014 with First Class Honours in Law. He then completed the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. Before joining Blake Morgan, Jordan spent two years working in-house for a large housing association in their in-house legal team. Jordan completed his training contract with the firm in September 2019 having undertaken seats in Risk and Compliance, Development and Property Litigation.
