Monika works in the Immigration team, assisting with the full range of corporate and personal immigration cases.

Main areas of practice

Monika provides advice on a variety of UK immigration applications to include Tier 1, 2 and 4 of the Points Based System, applications under the EEA regulations, applications concerning Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights (including discretionary), applications under Appendix FM and registrations/naturalisations as British citizens. Furthermore, Monika has extensive experience in advising on indefinite leave to remain (settlement) applications under a variety of categories. Monika also advises corporate clients on right to work compliance issues as well as preparing and maintaining sponsor licences for UK-based businesses.

Significant experience

Monika advises on recruitment projects of the firm’s major corporate clients, to include ensuring compliance with all immigration laws and procedure during recruitment stages and subsequent individual applications, covering assessment of eligibility (including switching immigration categories from within the UK) all the way through to applications.
