Sadie is a Solicitor working in our Planning team.
Main areas of practice
Sadie assists on the negotiation and drafting of section 106 agreements and works on a variety of planning applications, for example for certificates of lawful development. Sadie has advised on a wide range of planning matters, including developments concerning airports, harbours and football stadia.
Sadie graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First in Law with Spanish and Spanish Law. Sadie then gained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course before joining Blake Morgan in September 2016.
Sadie qualified in September 2018 after spending her Period of recognised training at Blake Morgan. Sadie spent six months in our Succession & Tax department followed by a secondment to the General Dental Council. Sadie then spent a year working in our Built Environment division, six months of which were spent in the Real Estate department which complemented her seat in Planning, where she subsequently qualified.
