Samuel is a senior solicitor who specialises in both commercial and residential development for housebuilders, developers and retail clients.
Main areas of practice
Samuel advises on all development matters including outright purchases, conditional contracts and option agreements. He also advises on infrastructure matters and disposals pursuant to planning obligations.
Samuel has a particular specialism in overage agreements acting for both developers and landowners.
He acts for developers of all sizes, ranging from national housebuilders to individuals. Samuel also acts for landowners who are looking to dispose of their land for potential development.
He has experience working for national retailers on acquisition work and infrastructure matters.
Samuel graduated from University of Nottingham with a degree in Law with French and French Law. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2015, after completing his training contract at a firm in Kent and joined Blake Morgan in September 2016.
