Main areas of practice
Stephen has experience in dealing with a range of clinical negligence claims and assists John White, Patricia Wakeford and Kym Provan with complex, high value matters, including those requiring the involvement of the Court of Protection.
Stephen acts for adults and children who have suffered medical negligence as a result of the actions of NHS Trusts, private hospitals and individual general practitioners.
Obtained a distinction in respect of both his Graduate Diploma in Law from Southampton Solent University and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford.
