Blake Morgan advises on acquisition of Deltenna LTD

Leading law firm Blake Morgan has advised Cubic Corporation on its acquisition of Deltenna Limited, a wireless infrastructure company specialising in the design and delivery of radio and antenna communication solutions.

Cubic Corporation designs, integrates and operates systems, products and services, such as combat training systems and surveillance, to the military, transportation and defence industries.

The acquisition is part of Cubic Corporation’s corporate growth strategy and the addition of Long Term Evolution and 4G technology to their portfolio will enable them to deliver the fast data rates needed to meet the critical communications needs of their customers.

Corporate lawyer Mathew Wilson led the deal, supported by partner Stephen Archibald. This was a complex transaction and drew on expertise from across the firm including intellectual property, real estate, employment and pensions.
