We acted on a disputed service charge claim brought by Mr E, a leaseholder, in relation to major works carried out to his property.

  Applications for dispensation from strict compliance with the consultation requirements under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 were successfully obtained which enabled the client to make a full recovery.  Applications by Mr E to appeal the decision were refused by the LVT and the Upper Tribunal.
