Our Registered Office Service is essentially a post forwarding service and is the address you provide to Companies House for the public register..

Our Registered Office Service is available at any of our offices in Southampton, Portsmouth, Oxford, London, Cardiff or Reading.

Currently the service is administered from our Southampton and Cardiff offices.  Our fees are fixed and payable in advance to the 30th June each year (pro-rated if you join the service during the year) and includes forwarding the post to you.  Where possible, and if you would prefer, we will email post to you, although a postal address is also required in case of larger items, where it is not practical, or possible, for us to scan, these to you.

 

Registered Office Service to English/Welsh Companies where post is sent to an address outside of the UK

We can also act as the registered office for overseas clients who require their companies registered in England or Wales to have registered office post sent to an address outside of the UK.
