All organisations need to have in place information governance arrangements that are both fit for purpose and compliant with the law.

We have a dedicated team with proven expertise in providing training, advice and systems solutions both in data protection and privacy law, and the law relating to public access to information.

In order to comply with data protection legislation, organisations responsible for handling personal information are under an obligation to have in place robust systems and to ensure that staff are properly and appropriately trained in their use. Our expertise in data protection means that we are particularly well placed to provide training in relation to the complex interface between the Data Protection Act and FOIA.
