Significant experience

  • Advising a high street, leading coffee chain on tenancy advice on a letting of over 125k sqft of retail space. Our team has put a Costa Coffee in every shopping centre in the UK.
  • Advised the Mary Rose, Museum on a £35m heritage project on acquisition and lease for the listed Dry Dock, construction contract and procurement of supply chain.
  • Working close with property consultants, we have advised the first new high street local lending bank in over 100 years, MetroBank, on the acquisition of 12 new sites - representing over 41,000 sqft.  MetroBank aims to have 200+ stores by 2020 and 10 openings currently underway.
  • Advised Dorrington on The Crane Building in Southwark.  The Crane Building is a 6 storey office conversion with 48,000 sqft of office space.  2 large terraces, a lawn on the roof and a courtyard to the rear.
  • Advised David Lloyd Leisure on a high value disposal of their property portfolio to a PE firm.  Blake Morgan continues to advise on asset management.
  • Advising a leading convenience store on the acquisition of 18 new convenience stores across southern England.
  • We provide asset management advice for a portfolio of 170 stores, including advice on landlord and tenant renewals, sub-lettings and dilapidation claims.
