Julie is an Associate in the Residential Property team in Southampton and specialises in residential conveyancing.

Main areas of practice

Julie deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including but not limited to Sales and Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Variation and Rectification and drafting of Leases and Transfers of Part. Julie enjoys finding a solution to those sometimes more complex areas of residential conveyancing.
