Train and bus stations
The nearest train station is Chandler’s Ford (1.5 miles) or Southampton Airport Parkway (1.9 miles). The nearest bus station is in the High Street, Eastleigh (approximately 30 minute walk).
Car parking
The visitor car park is signposted. Visitors will be asked for their car registration upon arrival by the security guard.
Reception
On arrival all visitors are asked to sign in with the security guard and provide their car registration where appropriate. This is so we are aware of your presence and we comply with our safety procedures. Visitors will then be directed to reception.
Directions by car
Via the M40 and A34 South: M40 (S) at J9, take the A41/A34 exit. Take 3rd exit onto A34 and continue for 62.6 miles. Take 3rd exit onto M3 ramp and merge onto M3. At J13, take A335 exit to Eastleigh. Left onto Falkland Rd then 1st exit onto Tollgate. Right to stay on Tollgate for 200 feet. Turn left for 95 feet then right for 46 feet.
Via the M27 North: M27 (N) at J5, take the A335 exit to Southampton. Take 3rd exit then slight right onto Stoneham Lane. Take 1st exit onto Chestnut Avenue. Take 4th exit onto Tollgate. Turn right for 95 feet then right for 46 feet.

Our work with the community and charity
We raise money for our chosen charity though a variety of fundraising activities, our charity of the year is currently Ben Pavitt’s Legacy of Love Fund, which contributes to Children’s Cancer and Leukaemia Group. We also encourage our team to volunteer for local causes and sit on community groups and our lawyers sit on a range of groups and panels including Business South and Regenerate South.
