Highlights


Sale of a retail park in London for a total consideration exceeding £32m, including negotiation of complex documentation needed to split the site into three separate ownerships.


Purchase of a historically significant Grade II listed building in London for £18m, by way of the complicated negotiation of a new 999-year headlease.


The team acted for the Welsh Minsters in the development and acquisition of an 80,000 square foot grade ‘A’ office building in the city centre of Cardiff. We subsequently advised on all the occupational lettings and completed the £21m+ sale of the investment in autumn 2017. It was one of the biggest real estate transactions in Wales that year.
