Acting for NHS England in its defence of a claim brought by Abbvie LTD to the largest NHS Drug Procurement ever undertaken for contract to treat and eliminate Hepatitis C worth about £1 billion over five years. Commencing April 2019. Abbvie LTD -v- The NHS Commissioning Board (operating as NHS England) [2019] EWHC (TCC).


Acting for the respondent in its successful defence of an unfair Prejudice decision in a trial heard over 7 days. Watch Stone Group PLC -v- Quob Park Estate LTD + Others [2017] EWHC 2621(ch).


Acting for IBM United Kingdom LTD in successfully defending a claim by the London Borough of Southwark concerning the supply and implementation of an MDM System, which Southwark alleged was not of satisfactory quality and unfit for purpose.
