Our Corporate Tax team provides expert advice on reconstructions and re-organisations, exit strategies, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, investment, succession in family businesses, tax reliefs and exemptions, tax clearances and property taxes as they relate to corporate transactions.

Share schemes

Our Share Options team provides expert advice on employee remuneration and share schemes, in particular the availability of tax-advantaged and non-tax advantaged share schemes, designing and implementing share schemes, advice on share scheme administration, granting new awards, and due diligence on share schemes in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Employment tax

Our Employment Taxes team provides expert advice on all employee remuneration tax issues including the benefits code, the taxation of settlement agreements and IR35 (public and private sector).

Pensions tax

Our expert Pensions team provides advice on all pensions tax issues including individuals who are close to or beyond thresholds for pensions tax concessions, international pensions issues (from a UK tax perspective), arrangements outside the usual pensions tax concessions, such as an EFRBS, a type of small scheme set up by SMEs known as a SSAS, and excepted life assurance arrangements.
