Our expert pension lawyers recently advised the trustees of a charity which had an unaffordable and volatile pension deficit on the way in which it could restructure through the use of a Creditors Voluntary Arrangement. There were significant negotiations with the Pension Protection Fund and Pensions Regulator.


Our specialist Pensions team advised an infrastructure client on an urgent basis in respect of various high profile public sector outsourcings following the high profile collapse of a different significant infrastructure provider in the sector.


Our pensions experts are currently advising a public sector body in respect of a significant pension dispute and the wider strategic issues facing it which will arise from the matter and will impact on both past outsourcing contracts as well as future contracts.
