Our expert team handles all of the retail leasing work within Canary Wharf Estate for Canary Wharf Group PLC in a 25+ year relationship. The Canary Wharf Estate is one of the largest in London, comprising 97 acres and 16.5 million square feet of space of which approximately 1 million square feet (400+ shops and restaurants) is retail space.
We represented IWG plc, the world's largest serviced office provider in its acquisition of a lease of Alpheus Building Finsbury Circus, London – it is intended this site will be the first of a new brand of offices that IWG will open in the UK (under the No.18 brand).
