Our expert travel lawyers acted for Business Travel Direct on their acquisitions of both Amity Travel and Uniglobe Preferred Travel. The acquisition of which increased the turnover of Business Travel Direct to over £100m p.a.

We advised travel management business Ovation Travel Group, Inc on their acquisition of Chartwell Travel Limited. Headquartered in the US, Ovation provides comprehensive travel management solutions to professional and service-oriented businesses. This is their first acquisition outside of the US and an important step in their plans for international growth.

We assisted Globalstar Travel Management to establish their international network of TMCs in jurisdictions across the globe. We advised on multiple shareholder issues, together with advising on the establishment of an international network of member TMCs brought together to fulfil global business travel services for their corporate clients.
