Lauren is a Solicitor within the Banking and Finance team based in our Southampton office.
Main areas of practice
Lauren has completed trainee seats in our Maritime and Banking & Finance teams. Prior to her training contract, Lauren was a paralegal within our Travel and Commercial Recoveries team.
Continuing within the Banking team as a qualified Solicitor, Lauren will be assisting the Southampton team in representing both lenders and borrowers on finance transactions, particularly debt financing.
Clients
Lauren assists the team in advising banks, other institutional lenders and borrowers.
Expertise
Career
Lauren joined Blake Morgan in March 2020 as a paralegal, before commencing her training contract in January 2022.
Previously Lauren built a career in the marine and travel and tourism industry whilst completing her legal studies, and obtained an undergraduate degree in Law and her MSC and LPC in Law & Business.
Lauren qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023.
