Oliver advises on all aspects of corporate fundraising, including advising borrowers on event-driven financings and refinancings, such as funding transformational M&A, complex financial restructurings and treasury fundraising.
He has broad sector expertise including in retail, hospitality, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial businesses, energy and infrastructure and financial services and investments.
Main areas of practice
Oliver’s key expertise involves advising corporate borrowers on significant financing or refinancing transactions, including in the context of public and private M&A, and across loans, bonds and all other relevant product types.
He also has significant expertise advising corporate borrowers on financial and capital restructuring transactions, including in distressed circumstances.
Clients
Oliver advises a wide range of borrowers, including FTSE 100 companies, private companies and regulated businesses (in particular in the financial services sector).

Oliver has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from The University of Oxford and, prior to joining Blake Morgan, was a financing partner at a magic circle firm in London.
