Career

Tia is a qualified Solicitor England and Wales and is also admitted to practice law in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago.

In the United Kingdom, she is predominantly involved in property transactions. With six years experience in Conveyancing, Tia has dealt with novel and niche leasehold and freehold sale and purchase transactions acting for private clients and companies. She studied for her LLB at the University of London (externally) where she graduated with honours. She then attended the University of Westminster where she completed the Legal Practice Course and gained her Postgraduate Diploma in Law. Tia has joined Blake Morgan’s Real Estate & Property Team in January 2023, where she will apply her wealth of knowledge.
