Q: Why can I not access the online payment site?

Your Account Number should be entered precisely as per our reference number including any characters that appear after it (excluding L6/ at the start of the reference). For example, L6/123123.123 TP would be entered as 123123.123 TP in Account Number. If accessing for the first time, please use the temporary password detailed in our letter to you. Upon access, you will be prompted to reset the password and create a memorable word. Please keep your Account number, Password and Memorable word safe and secure. If after accessing for the first time you have issues accessing the online payment site, please contact us and we can provide you a temporary password to allow you to access and reset your password and memorable word.
